Forward Deployed Engineer partnering directly with offline-world customers (Home Depot, KKR, etc.) to integrate their data into Rilla's AI sales coaching platform. Own end-to-end high-stakes integration and full-stack projects, with up to 50% travel to client sites. Requires strong coding skills and customer obsession.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their greatest problems and design/implement solutions integrating their data with Rilla's conversational intelligence.
- Apply problem solving, creativity, and technical skills to help organizations use their data for real impact.
- Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects, often in small teams or solo.
- Discuss data models and workflows with customer executives, wrangle massive-scale data, hack integrations or full-stack features.
- Bring insights back to the team and extend Rilla’s footprint into new markets.
- Travel up to 50% to client sites as needed.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporate feedback, and hold a high bar for quality.
- Ability and interest to travel up to 50% to client sites.
- Excitement about building an AI product for offline industries, talking to/visiting customers in the field, working ~60 hrs/week in person, and building a generational company.

Compensation and Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $185,000 - $230,000/year.
- Total compensation may include Incentive Stock Options, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
