GTM Engineer

Build and maintain the revenue organization’s data pipelines, internal tools, and AI-driven workflows across Salesforce and the modern GTM stack. The role requires 2+ years of analytical, data engineering, or software engineering experience, plus SQL, scripting, pipeline ownership, and strong data governance.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Learn and extend the Salesforce and sales tooling architecture, including its data model, field taxonomy, and dependency logic.
  • Build, monitor, and maintain data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Gong, Common Room, Slack, and enrichment sources.
  • Ship internal revenue tools such as forecast trackers, scoring dashboards, compensation calculators, and deal-desk monitoring systems.
  • Build signal-based and AI-driven workflows for routing, enrichment, next-best-action surfacing, and automated outreach support.
  • Support Area Directors, Account Executives, and Customer Success teams with prioritized tools and fixes.
  • Own data quality across the stack, including pipeline health, field hygiene, and synchronization integrity.
  • Maintain code repositories for internal GTM tooling so systems remain secure, maintainable, legible, and compliant.
  • Prototype and iterate on tooling and integrations as the GTM function evolves.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an analytical, data engineering, or software engineering role.
  • SQL and at least one scripting language, preferably Python, used to build within a defined scope.
  • Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and preventing silent failures.
  • Ability to take clearly scoped problems through to working tools and ask clarifying questions when specifications are incomplete.
  • Ability to quantify impact in revenue terms, such as pipeline influenced, hours removed, or cost per lead.
  • Experience maintaining data governance, quality, and integrity in fast-moving software systems.
  • Ability to design software and develop interfaces for a revenue organization without a dedicated designer.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience integrating LLMs into GTM workflows, including enrichment, scoring rationale, outreach drafting, or agentic systems.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol or similar agent frameworks.
  • Experience with Gong, Common Room, Clay, or comparable modern GTM tools.
  • Experience selling to or supporting technical, hardware, or government/defense buyers.
  • A publicly shared portfolio of systems built and their results.

Benefits

  • 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited PTO and sick leave
  • Free lunch, snacks, and coffee
  • Professional development stipend
  • Annual company retreat
