Responsibilities
- Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation programs.
- Own implementation processes for assigned accounts, including software implementation and training to drive client adoption.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
- Ensure timely and successful completion of implementations for assigned accounts.
- Monitor client progress and activities to drive adoption while keeping projects within scope and on schedule.
- Host virtual or in-person customer sessions.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, approximately 40%.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management or related B2B experience, preferably in telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
- Proven success managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels, including executives and C-level stakeholders.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification.
