Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology projects, including HRIS implementations, system integrations, and process automation.
- Coordinate between People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and external vendors, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Build and maintain project plans, status updates, risk logs, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with the People Operations and Systems team on configuration, testing, and rollout of new tools and workflows.
- Drive process documentation and change management to support sustainable organizational adoption.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in HR operations and propose solutions using process improvements, automation, and AI.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in an HR or People Operations context.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms; UKG Pro, Workday, or similar platforms strongly preferred.
- Strong command of project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical audiences.
