Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Revenue Cycle Management Associates through performance feedback, coaching, and career development.
- Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for the RCM Associate team.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase collections and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate across Revenue Cycle Management, Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, Clinical Operations, and external billing vendors.
- Support new product and contract activations and operational launches for new business lines.
- Lead operational projects supporting business growth and process improvement.
- Develop and manage performance metrics for team productivity and workflow effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years managing a team of 5 or more.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across technical, operational, and external teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Patient-centric problem-solving approach.
- Proactive, independent approach in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience using platforms such as Front, Aircall, and Intercom.
