Client Account Executive, Mid-Market
Owns strategic account management and expansion sales across a portfolio of mid-market customers, driving pipeline, revenue growth, forecasting, and customer outcomes. Requires 3–5+ years in a closing sales role, SaaS experience, and strong consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers and own the sales process from start to finish.
- Develop territory account plans to consistently achieve quarterly goals and activity metrics.
- Cultivate customer relationships, understand customer strategies and expansion plans, and align Dialpad’s product suite with customer goals.
- Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Serve as a trusted Dialpad expert, advisor, and customer resource.
- Identify customers suited for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program.
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Dialpad Partners.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
- Travel to customer locations or events as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a closing sales role; mid-market experience preferred.
- Proven success meeting and exceeding revenue targets through new business or account management.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience with solution-selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDICC.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- SaaS sales background required; UCaaS/CCaaS experience is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and GSuite tools such as Google Sheets.
