Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting for outpatient healthcare practices using cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
Use AI tools (Claude, etc.) to research accounts, personalize messaging at scale, and increase output.
Build and execute cadences aligned with ICP and messaging strategy.
Qualify inbound interest from events, community, and partnerships; set discovery calls.
Distinguish prospects with real urgent pain; book and hand off high-quality discovery calls to Account Executives with context and notes.
Own show rate and meeting quality.
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) hygiene, log all touchpoints, and use data to improve.
Share market intelligence from conversations to refine ICP, messaging, and positioning.
Develop deep expertise in RCM, healthcare billing, and practice economics to speak credibly with administrators, revenue cycle managers, and CFOs.
Requirements
1-2+ years of sales or BDR/SDR experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Track record of consistent outbound activity (cold calls, email sequences, multi-touch cadences).
Experience working with a CRM and advanced tech stack (HubSpot preferred).
