Senior Software Engineer - Partner Ecosystem

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, resilient SQL drivers and connectors for Databricks SQL.
- Optimize SQL drivers for performance, reliability, and telemetry.
- Build and evolve infrastructure supporting partner integrations and Partner Connect.
- Deliver new connector features in collaboration with SQL server teams based on customer needs.
- Maintain open-source repositories and engage with the developer community.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver multi-quarter initiatives.
- Lead engineering projects across functional and organizational boundaries.
Requirements
- BTech or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of production-level experience with Java, Python, Go, or a similar language.
- Experience architecting, developing, deploying, and operating highly performant systems.
- Experience maintaining or contributing to open-source repositories and communities.
- Ability to work toward a multi-quarter vision with incremental deliverables.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and design innovative solutions to complex problems.
