Generate qualified leads and rapidly scale pipeline to fuel hypergrowth
Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
Analyze funnel metrics to understand campaign performance and optimize accordingly
Partner with Sales, Account Management, SDRs, and Product to ensure campaigns translate into revenue
Leverage AI productivity and automation tools to execute, test, and scale campaigns
Write high-converting, pain-driven copy and create on-brand campaign assets
Own end-to-end demand gen strategy and execution as an individual contributor
Requirements
3+ years in B2B demand generation or similar role (startup or fast-paced environment preferred)
Track record of planning and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth
Proficiency with web analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce for analysis and attribution
Experience with sales engagement tools like Nooks (preferred)
Proven track record using modern AI tools (Claude, Jasper, Clay, or similar) to automate tasks and scale creative output
Strong writing skills with ability to turn customer insights into high-converting copy
Comfortable with design tools (Canva, Figma) to create campaign assets
Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership without heavy supervision
