Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve the partner journey from acquisition through onboarding, activation, and acceleration, including eligibility criteria, intake paths, incentives, tiering, and agreements.
- Lead partner onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs in collaboration with technical and GTM enablement teams.
- Define governance, KPIs, tiering, and rules of engagement across partner types.
- Build repeatable co-sell, pipeline-generation, and joint go-to-market motions.
- Own partner communications, news, meetups, summits, self-service co-marketing kits, and the Partner Advisory Board.
- Evaluate program and partner performance using data and feedback, recommending where programs should expand, simplify, or retire.
- Translate partner leadership priorities into resourced programs and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or go-to-market strategy, ideally in SaaS or developer tooling.
- Experience building and scaling partner programs in a B2B technology company.
- Strong understanding of developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystems.
- Experience with partner relationship management systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
- Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into scalable programs and measurable execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Data-driven approach to program performance and partner feedback.
- Clear, confident communication and ability to create executable tools, content, and playbooks.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing governance, tiering, or certification frameworks for multiple partner types, including SIs, ISVs, GSIs, and resellers.
- Exposure to AI/ML, developer tools, cloud, or SaaS startup ecosystems.
- Experience implementing or migrating partner relationship management or marketplace infrastructure.
Compensation
- San Francisco on-target earnings range: $175,000–$230,000.
- Compensation may vary by employee location and may include benefits, equity, and bonus or variable pay.
