Core Responsibilities
Product Enablement:
- Steer and surface key insights to help prioritize feature roadmaps.
- Represent customer needs across the product development process.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling for engineering velocity.
Launches:
- Coordinate end-to-end launch of new features across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Drive Early Access Programs.
- Own rollout implementations and run of show across collaborators.
Product & Engineering Excellence:
- Use feedback loops for feature iterations or fixes.
- Build reporting dashboards, agents, and quarterly reports.
Stakeholder Management:
- Improve decision-making around feature development.
- Act as liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market.
- Drive clarity on product priorities and statuses.

Compensation
For San Francisco and New York: $140,000–$190,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.
