Solutions Architect, Manager - Public Sector

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-impact initiatives supporting strategic public sector sales opportunities.
• Manage, hire, coach, provide feedback to, and retain a team of Solutions Architects.
• Guide technical evaluations and validation efforts for customer requirements.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers on account strategy and cross-functional leaders on complex opportunities.
• Improve team practices and execution strategies with Solutions Architect leadership and other departments.
• Communicate company vision, strategy, and values to the team.
• Track execution through key performance indicators and provide updates to peers and leadership.
• Participate as a Solutions Architect on selected customer opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of public sector experience.
• 2+ years leading high-performing teams, ideally in a global or remote environment.
• Experience leading teams with accountability for execution, coaching, and performance.
• Experience in technical pre-sales or a related customer-facing information technology role involving solution design.
• Knowledge of modern software development or operations practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and secure, scalable adoption practices.
• Ability to mentor others and exchange constructive feedback.
• Experience collaborating with managers and cross-functional partners on shared strategies.
• Experience supporting public sector customers and regulated or mission-driven environments.
• Must be a United States citizen.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $183,200–$308,400 USD.
• Sales incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of offered base salary.
