Forward Deployed Engineers lead production deployments for customers, working across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments from discovery through adoption. The role requires customer-facing production software experience, broad technical depth, and strong communication.

Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from discovery through implementation, launch, and adoption.
- Build and debug across APIs, integrations, identity, data, and customer environments.
- Partner with customer engineering, IT, security, and business teams to ship production-grade deployments.
- Communicate clearly across technical and business audiences and solve problems in real time.
- Evaluate customer requests and push back thoughtfully when they will not produce the right outcome.
- Turn recurring customer needs into product improvements, reusable integrations, and stronger playbooks.
- Own delivery through launch and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production software directly with customers.
- Ability to work across the stack and investigate unexpected system behavior.
- Clear communication across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to remain composed when requirements are incomplete or timelines are tight.
- Strong ownership through delivery and adoption.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in voice, machine learning, or specific customer technology stacks is not required.
