Founding Enterprise AE - Gigs for Work

The founding enterprise account executive will build a regional pipeline and own complex, full-cycle sales into enterprise Security, HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance buyers. The role requires a self-sufficient seller with enterprise deal experience, senior buyer relationships, and strong commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Build enterprise pipeline: Create and manage outbound pipeline from scratch, engaging senior decision-makers in Security, HR, IT, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Own full-cycle sales: Manage the process from initial contact through signed contract, including complex stakeholder alignment, business cases, procurement, and legal.
  • Grow accounts: Build long-term customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support retention.
  • Define go-to-market strategy: Establish the ideal customer profile, create buyer-segment outreach playbooks, and develop a regional strategy.
  • Influence cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to bring market insights into the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning and expanding enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with 3–6 month sales cycles and presenting to VP and C-suite buyers.
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in Security, HR, IT, Procurement, and/or Finance.
  • Ability to operate independently without dedicated sales engineering, sales operations, or established playbooks.
  • Strong commercial and strategic judgment, including business-case development and deal-economics modeling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
  • Curiosity about complex product categories and ability to translate product complexity into customer value.
  • Interest in simplifying managed phone connectivity for distributed teams.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: £110,000–£140,000 basic or €110,000–€140,000, with the final offer dependent on background, skills, and performance.
