Owns net-new and expansion sales across hedge fund and asset manager accounts, positioning Redis infrastructure and AI offerings to technical and executive buyers. Requires 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience and direct capital markets experience.

Responsibilities
- Own new sales and expansion/upsell across a portfolio of hedge fund and asset manager accounts, including competitive displacements.
- Represent the Redis platform—including real-time caching, streaming, session management, search, Redis Iris, and Redis Flex—in capital markets sales cycles.
- Lead joint account planning with clients and prospects, including performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones across one- and three-year horizons.
- Build and manage executive relationships with Heads of Trading, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and Portfolio Managers throughout the purchase cycle.
- Translate agentic trading, risk, compliance, and client-servicing use cases into business cases for technical and non-technical buyers.
- Run the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting through close, while coordinating with Solution Architects, Professional Services, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Use Salesforce, AI-assisted prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and dialer platforms to improve pipeline quality, forecasting, and speed to close.
- Navigate regulated procurement processes, including RFP/RFI responses and vendor due diligence.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience with a record of closing net-new logos.
- Direct experience selling to hedge funds and/or asset managers, ideally in trading, investment, or data infrastructure technology.
- Ability to sell both established infrastructure and emerging AI/agentic use cases to technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-threaded sales processes and demo directly to technical and business audiences.
- Self-directed, hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch in a competitive market.

- A network across the capital markets ecosystem, including prime brokerage, fund administration, custody, and compliance/legal.
Compensation
- Estimated gross base annual salary: $308,000–$385,000 USD.
- Compensation may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits, and/or a commission plan.
