Engagement Manager
Serves as the right hand to the Managing Partner, owning enterprise client relationships, leading end-to-end AI consulting engagements, presenting to C-suite, and supporting business development in a fast-paced AI advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships across AI Aspire's enterprise portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and follow-up.
- Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Partner with internal teams — trainers, engineers, and leadership — to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.
- Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping to close new business.
- Help develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications.
- Navigate enterprise and organizational complexities to get things done effectively.
What We Are Looking For
- Consulting background — ideally at the engagement manager or equivalent level at a top-tier consulting firm.
- Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and delivering complex projects.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills — you can present to a boardroom and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Genuine interest in and working knowledge of AI — you use AI tools in your daily work and understand how they can transform business operations.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm.
- A servicing mindset — you genuinely care about client success and go above and beyond to deliver.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, consulting or professional services.
- Background in sales or business development.
- Familiarity with AI tools including Claude, Claude Code, and related platforms.
