About the role
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage client relationships across AI Aspire's enterprise portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI consulting engagements, from scoping and planning through execution and follow-up.
Present to senior executives and C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Partner with internal teams — trainers, engineers, and leadership — to ensure seamless delivery of client engagements.
Support business development efforts by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and helping to close new business.
Help develop go-to-market materials, proposals, and client-facing communications.
Navigate enterprise and organizational complexities to get things done effectively.
What We Are Looking For
Consulting background — ideally at the engagement manager or equivalent level at a top-tier consulting firm.
Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships and delivering complex projects.
Strong executive presence and communication skills — you can present to a boardroom and build trust with senior stakeholders.
Genuine interest in and working knowledge of AI — you use AI tools in your daily work and understand how they can transform business operations.
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm.
