Senior Operations Associate responsible for building, executing, and scaling core operational workflows and processes at Headway to support mental healthcare providers and patients. Requires 3-5 years in consulting/ops/IB, strong data analysis, and systems thinking to drive efficiency, automation, and cross-functional initiatives with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive the build, execution, monitoring, and ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes that enable delivery on core business challenges.
- Leverage operational expertise to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation.
- Support and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams to drive core ops processes and achieve team OKRs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related fields; operations experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
- Self-starter who constantly pushes toward clarity and execution.
- Highly data-driven with ability to drive complex analyses to identify key actionable insights.
- Collaborator who proactively partners across teams while holding others and yourself accountable for business results.
- Systems thinker inclined to solve problems with product and automation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected base pay range: $76,160 - $112,000, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
- Eligible for equity grant depending on position and level.
