Senior Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive the build, execution, monitoring, and ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes that enable delivery on core business challenges.
• Leverage operational expertise to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation.
• Support and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams to drive core ops processes and achieve team OKRs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related fields; operations experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.
• Self-starter who constantly pushes toward clarity and execution.
• Highly data-driven with ability to drive complex analyses to identify key actionable insights.
• Collaborator who proactively partners across teams while holding others and yourself accountable for business results.
• Systems thinker inclined to solve problems with product and automation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected base pay range: $76,160 - $112,000, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
• Eligible for equity grant depending on position and level.
