GTM Associate
GTM Associate owns top-of-funnel pipeline generation through inbound/outbound prospecting, AI-powered research, and CRM hygiene while partnering with marketing and shadowing deals. Requires commercial experience, analytical sharpness, and proactive self-starter mindset.
About the job
What you will do
- Become a product expert by developing deep knowledge of the Gigs platform and competitor landscape
- Own both inbound and outbound pipeline: manage inbound leads using clear qualifying criteria and prospect into new accounts with strategic outreach
- Bring AI into daily workflow for account research, meeting prep, and outreach iteration
- Partner with marketing to drive pipeline through outbound campaigns and ensure tight commercial follow-through
- Prepare for every conversation by researching the company, buyer, and angle; match research to relevance
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot
- Provide deal support: shadow deal calls, run discovery meetings, and progressively take on more ownership
- Contribute to strategic projects across the US GTM org including market mapping, go-to-market experiments, and commercial analysis
- Help build the playbook: document what works, flag what doesn't, and bring structure to targeting and prioritization
What we are looking for
- High-growth commercial mindset with experience in sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, or adjacent roles
- Analytically sharp with ability to form hypotheses, test, and revise; comfortable with ambiguity
- Exceptional communicator in writing and in person; convey complex ideas clearly and adapt messaging to audience
- Commercially curious: think about fit, timing, and trigger rather than just contact lists
- Reach for AI without being asked; use AI tools to research faster, write sharper outreach, and prepare better
- Proactive self-starter who helps build playbooks rather than waiting for one
- Passionate about technology and how businesses embed new capabilities into products
- Care deeply about outcomes and hold yourself accountable to results
Work At Gigs
- Value in-person collaboration with regular time in one of the hubs
- Support flexibility where it makes sense; some focused work can be done remotely
- Expect occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites
- Offices designed as home-inspired workspaces with plants, thoughtful tools, and tight-knit teams
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and stock options
- Stipends for home office or work setup
- Budget for learning and development
- Free phone and international data plan
