Responsibilities
- Build and run the Global Payments Performance Team (GPPT) operating model, including processes, governance, forums, capacity modeling, and metrics.
- Develop reports and dashboards for key reporting requirements.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.
- Improve business processes through data-driven decision-making.
- Define and monitor annual and quarterly OKRs.
- Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and leadership meetings.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system operations and workflow-management challenges with cross-functional teams.
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact global programs such as the Churn program.
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience, including significant strategic or operational experience at high-growth technology companies or consulting firms.
- Experience solving ambiguous operational problems independently, from scoping through implementation.
- Experience in operational design, strategic planning, and reporting.
- Experience building operational foundations from the ground up.
- Project or program management experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency with AI tools for workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills, including direct ownership of data and metrics.
- Ability to manage technical resources and translate business needs into requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL.

- Experience working with go-to-market teams, including Customer Success.
