Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume, multi-stage interviews across global time zones and locations.
- Communicate with candidates to confirm travel and interview details and provide a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage complex interviewer calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System records, track candidate progression, and ensure timely interviewer feedback.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements for candidate routing and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Workplace teams on onboarding handoffs, talent initiatives, and hiring events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, operations, or a similar fast-paced function.
- Experience managing complex, high-volume calendars across global time zones.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate and personnel information.
- Proactive, service-oriented problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling recruiting or operational processes in a high-growth startup or technology environment.
- Familiarity with talent operations and full-lifecycle recruiting workflows.
- Experience with event planning, interview-day coordination, or workplace operations.
