Leads the technical sales motion for enterprise customers, from discovery and solution architecture through demonstrations and proof-of-concept validation. Requires 5+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience and strong familiarity with modern data ecosystems.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to understand customers’ data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives, translating findings into requirements and solution designs.
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and architectural solutions across Customer Studio, Identity Resolution, Match Booster, and the Agentic Marketing Platform.
- Run proof-of-concept engagements end to end, including scoping, design, execution, and validation.
- Build technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, engaging technical teams, marketing leaders, and executives.
- Advise enterprise customers adopting AI workflows, data activation, and agent-based decisioning capabilities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on go-to-market strategy for emerging AI and agentic products.
- Use modern AI tooling to improve the Solutions Engineering workflow.
- Travel for customer and team engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, including complex solution architecture across multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Experience leading technical discovery, architectural whiteboarding, and solution design with technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Deep familiarity with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, data engineering, integrations, APIs, and modern data ecosystems.
- Ability to build technical champions and influence buying committees across engineering, marketing, and executive teams.
- Experience with competitive enterprise sales motions.
- Intellectual curiosity, ambition, humility, and a team-first orientation.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Command the Message, or equivalent value-selling frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, marketing automation, data warehouses, or similar technologies.
- Experience collaborating with data engineering, data science, or analytics teams.
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
Compensation
- On-target earnings: CA$215,000–CA$270,000 annually.
- Base salary: CA$150,000–CA$189,000 annually.
- Equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
