Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance, Learning, and Career Development.
- Serve as the functional specialist and delivery lead for the Growth & Talent technology portfolio.
- Drive integrations across Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday Talent, Performance, Skills, and Core HCM systems.
- Manage prioritized backlogs and delivery from initiation through completion.
- Break down epics and requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks within Scrum ceremonies.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate recruiting workflows, learning paths, and internal mobility using modern technology and AI.
- Resolve project risks, integration blockers, and requirement trade-offs.
- Facilitate technical scoping workshops and mentor analysts and developers.
- Write functional requirements, process flows, data mappings, and use cases while aligning Recruiting, Talent Management, and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional People Technology or HRIS experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's degree.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Greenhouse, Cornerstone, and Workday Talent and Performance.
- Experience leading complex, multi-system HR technology initiatives, integrations, and feature rollouts.
- Strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills across applications, data structures, and HR processes.
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration, consensus-building, and conflict-management skills.
- Strategic thinking related to talent technology architecture, internal mobility, and system optimization.
- Agile leadership, requirements workshop facilitation, and mentoring experience.

- Experience implementing AI or automation use cases in HR technology, such as candidate matching, skill taxonomy mapping, or automated learning pathways.
- Workday Talent or Performance certification.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
