The Strategic Finance Senior Associate will build financial models and reporting infrastructure, guide resource allocation and cost optimization, and partner with operational and technical teams on unit economics and execution. Responsibilities
- Translate strategic business decisions and operational investment opportunities into financial terms for leadership.
- Track execution against plan across active programs, partnering with the PMO to identify opportunities and flag timing or capital risks.
- Own portfolio unit economics, including cost per unit and contribution margin as production scales and yield improves.
- Define finance reporting requirements and data needs with data engineering.
- Collaborate with data and operations teams to define metrics, data requirements, and dashboard structures for operational finance reporting.
- Prepare board- and investor-facing materials.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or growth investing.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or highly analytical field.
- Expert financial modeling skills and fluency with AI tools.
- Strong analytical rigor and ability to evaluate financial opportunities and risks.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including translating complex models and datasets into concise narratives, visuals, and executive recommendations.

Compensation
- Salary: $155,000–$180,000 USD annually.
