Implementation Manager, PEO/HRS
Manages end-to-end SaaS implementations for customers adopting Rippling’s HR, payroll, benefits, and IT products. Requires at least two years of implementation or customer experience, project management skills, and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with clients to develop customized plans and implement purchased Rippling products across HR, payroll, benefits administration, IT, and other product areas.
- Manage implementation projects end to end, aligning timelines and goals with customers and ensuring milestones meet their operational needs.
- Drive product adoption through tailored guidance, best practices, and insights.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful handoffs, resolve technical issues, incorporate customer feedback, and advocate for product enhancements.
- Help develop internal processes and best practices that improve operational efficiency and implementation success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on implementation and/or customer experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
- Proven project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in the HCM or IT space, including HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, or device management.
