Sales Development Rep
Prospects and qualifies opportunities with plaintiff law firms for an AI legal technology platform. The role requires 6–18 months of B2B SaaS SDR or prospecting experience, high-volume outreach, coachability, resilience, and onsite work in Austin.

Responsibilities
- Strategically prospect and create new opportunities with target law firms while managing a high-volume pipeline.
- Complete over 125 activities per day, including 80+ calls, to connect with decision-makers and generate interest.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover customer pain points and prepare opportunities for Account Executives.
- Become an expert in the product’s value proposition and communicate it effectively to prospects.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, share insights, and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities created.
- Develop advanced sales skills through mentorship, with opportunities to specialize in enterprise accounts, industry verticals, or sales training and development.
- Progress toward full sales-cycle closing roles based on performance.
Requirements
- 6–18 months of SDR or prospecting experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
