What You'll Achieve
- Lead launches big and small, coordinating efforts across our Marketing and GTM org to land a successful launch day.
- Drive continued awareness, growth, and adoption of high-PMF features well after launch day — launch is the start of the story, not the end of it.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Product, informing strategy during product development, competitive positioning, and user insights.
- Collaborate with Enterprise PMMs and Sales to build sales enablement materials that turn product capability into stories reps can use in the field.
- Maintain and improve our release comms channels — including notion.com/releases and What's New emails — partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle on sequences, webinars, and more.
Skills You'll Need to Bring
- A distinctive point of view and the creativity to build narratives that stand out in a crowded, noisy market.
- Experience running product launches and adoption programs, ideally at a fast-moving product or technology company.
- Strong cross-functional skills — comfortable coordinating Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing toward one outcome.
- Genuine passion for shaping the future of work with AI, a growth mindset, and a scrappy, high-ownership approach to getting things done.
- Sharp writing and storytelling instincts — you know the difference between a headline that's technically accurate and one that actually lands.

Compensation
For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $214,000 per year.
