Responsibilities
- Communicate PagerDuty’s business value proposition and evaluate prospect interest.
- Apply value selling, solution selling, customer-centric sales, and the Command of the Message selling model.
- Build and maintain genuine customer relationships while collaborating with Account Executives.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Target enterprise accounts using phone, email, video, and social channels.
- Use discovery to engage practitioners and management at target accounts.
- Ensure sales information is complete and accurate; prepare for meetings and follow up on commitments.
- Use account-development best practices to generate and nurture leads.
