Senior Account Executive - ANZ
This senior enterprise sales role owns complex, full-cycle SaaS deals across Australia and New Zealand, from outbound prospecting through procurement and close. Candidates need 7+ years of enterprise selling experience, strong C-level engagement skills, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by selling to digital analytics decision-makers, including C-level executives and other key stakeholders across ANZ.
- Manage 6–18 month sales cycles, aligning customer requirements with Mixpanel’s product roadmap.
- Own the customer-side buying process from discovering and creating need through business-case development, RFP, procurement, and IT security review.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunity records and provide weekly forecasts against revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders, uncover needs, and articulate customer value.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Legal on strategic enterprise use cases.
- Understand the competitive landscape and technology partner ecosystem to advise customers on the analytics market.
- Contribute to Mixpanel’s brand and market presence across ANZ through customer engagement, industry events, and community participation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience from prospecting through close, as an Enterprise Account Executive or in a related cross-functional role.
- Proven success with outbound prospecting and significant deal generation in the Australian or broader ANZ market.
- Ability to communicate value to senior stakeholders and develop new business cases.
- Experience owning complex sales cycles using solution- and value-selling approaches, with a record of exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Expertise engaging C-level executives and managing high-stakes negotiations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability, agility, resilience, strong work ethic, curiosity, and a drive to excel.
- Interest in product analytics and how data-driven companies improve customer experiences.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience selling to high-growth Australian technology companies in Fintech, eCommerce/Retail, Media & Entertainment, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with the ANZ enterprise technology landscape, buying cycles, and local procurement practices.
- Experience with Mixpanel or other product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Heap, or Pendo.
- Existing relationships with senior technology or product leaders in the ANZ market.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, including Series B–E or later.
