Senior Account Executive
Owns the full enterprise sales cycle across Spain, from pipeline generation and executive prospecting through closing transformational deals. The role requires 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, fluent Spanish and English, sector expertise, and experience selling complex technical or AI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across Spain through targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and technical and business validation through deal close.
- Support coverage of adjacent Southern European accounts as territory priorities require.
- Generate and own pipeline through disciplined outbound activity, research, and executive prospecting.
- Advise customer prospects, understand their challenges and goals, and tailor solutions to drive business impact.
- Leverage senior-level executive relationships to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities.
- Work with partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, sales development, marketing, solution architecture, and other technical specialists.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish and English; working Italian is an advantage.
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers.
- Experience negotiating and closing transformational 7-figure deals.
- Depth in at least two priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, or healthcare and life sciences.
- Proven record of high performance and exceeding quotas.
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level executive relationships.
- Experience working with channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and shared revenue goals.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting to C-suite audiences and communicating with technical and non-technical prospects.
- Experience selling complex enterprise solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments; AI/NLP experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to operate in an early-stage territory with high ambiguity.
- Strong technical acumen, creativity, and ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships.
