Responsibilities
- Identify and match experts to clients for interview-based research needs, continuously communicating with clients and experts to track progress and ensure high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Manage clients’ research projects from understanding goals to recruiting and scheduling the right experts.
- Recruit experts using internal network and external channels like social media, review professional profiles, reach out to potential experts, and match them to project requirements.
- Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to drive successful research and maintain a high-quality expert network.
- Share insights from client and expert interactions with product and engineering teams to refine the platform and improve user experience.
