Enterprise Account Manager
Manages strategic enterprise relationships for multi-brand construction-tech accounts, driving adoption, expansion, renewals, and ROI. Partners with leadership to build scalable account management processes in a fast-growing startup.

What You'll Do
- Own strategic relationships and a $5m+ book with enterprise customers, acting as the primary point of contact for executive, operational, and field stakeholders
- Partner with the CEO and VP of Sales to bring order to a new function—uncovering best practices, running experiments, and building a scalable motion for the Account Management team.
- Lead customer success and expansion efforts across multiple divisions, brands, and geographies
- Develop and execute account plans to drive adoption, utilization, and renewals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by deeply understanding customer goals, workflows, and growth plans
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Product, and CS to ensure seamless onboarding, deployment, and long-term success
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews showcasing ROI, performance, and growth opportunities
- Forecast renewals, track expansion pipelines, and maintain accurate account health metrics
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers—translating PermitFlow’s platform capabilities into operational and financial value
- Provide structured customer feedback to Product and GTM teams to inform roadmap and strategy

- Enterprise Account Management Pro: 8+ years of experience managing complex enterprise relationships with multi-stakeholder accounts
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build trust and executive alignment with senior corporate executives and field-level and regional GMs
- Thrive in Ambiguity: Excellent at navigating uncertainty with perseverance, hustle, and a bias for action.
- Strategic Operator: Skilled at navigating pilots, rollouts, and multi-brand growth within large or PE-backed platforms
- Analytical & ROI-Driven: Can quantify business impact, build executive decks, and connect value to metrics
- Builder Mentality: Excited to join a fast-scaling startup in build mode—creating the systems, processes, and culture that define our enterprise customer motion
- Construction-Tech or Adjacent SaaS Experience: Background in construction-tech, PropTech, or Field Service software a nice-to-have; familiarity with home-services contractors or builders a plus
