Responsibilities
- Own the commercial health and expansion revenue (ARR/NRR) of key enterprise accounts.
- Map complex enterprise organizations to introduce new divisions, teams, and high-value use cases.
- Support deals through to completion as needed.
- Partner with customer stakeholders to deliver operational value, accelerate time-to-value, and remove adoption friction.
- Represent enterprise customer needs internally and translate pain points into product roadmap feedback.
- Build relationships with C-suite, VP, and business-lead stakeholders.
- Conduct regular executive meetings, track business-impact metrics, and position the company as a strategic partner.
- Establish scalable enterprise operating playbooks, customer frameworks, and expansion motions.
- Connect clients, Operations, and Product/Engineering teams to influence future product development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience, including a combination of strategy consulting, investment banking, operations, or growth/GTM experience at a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical ability and business acumen.
- Understanding of complex data and workflow architectures.
- Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Experience owning revenue, driving account expansion, and navigating commercial discussions with enterprise buyers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort leading meetings with executive stakeholders.
- High agency, low ego, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
