Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build production-grade applications that wrap core models, turning projects into intuitive, high-value user experiences
- Lead last mile engineering efforts, handling API integration, data visualization, and authentication/security requirements (SSO, RBAC) within complex enterprise environments (VPC, on-prem, air-gapped)
- Design and implement performant backend services to ingest customer data and serve model predictions at scale, ensuring low latency and high availability
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate operational friction into essential inputs for the platform roadmap
- Align diverse stakeholders with Sales and Solution Architect teams, building dashboards and tools for business users to inspect, trust, and act on predictions
Must Have
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer with track record of shipping production code in complex environments
- Deep proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts)
- Strong experience with backend development (Python/FastAPI, Go, Node.js) and database design (PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable with enterprise security constraints and integrating with identity providers (LDAP, SAML, OIDC)
- Strong communication skills to translate architectural nuances into business value
Nice to Have
- Experience building tools for Data Science or ML workflows (e.g., labeling interfaces, model monitoring dashboards)
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant in B2B software company
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Pandas, PySpark)
