Key Responsibilities
Architect and build production-grade applications that wrap core models, turning projects into intuitive, high-value user experiences
Lead last mile engineering efforts, handling API integration, data visualization, and authentication/security requirements (SSO, RBAC) within complex enterprise environments (VPC, on-prem, air-gapped)
Design and implement performant backend services to ingest customer data and serve model predictions at scale, ensuring low latency and high availability
Collaborate with research and product teams to translate operational friction into essential inputs for the platform roadmap
Align diverse stakeholders with Sales and Solution Architect teams, building dashboards and tools for business users to inspect, trust, and act on predictions
Must Have
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer with track record of shipping production code in complex environments
Deep proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js) and data visualization libraries (D3.js, Recharts)
Strong experience with backend development (Python/FastAPI, Go, Node.js) and database design (PostgreSQL, Redis)
Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable with enterprise security constraints and integrating with identity providers (LDAP, SAML, OIDC)
Strong communication skills to translate architectural nuances into business value
Nice to Have
Experience building tools for Data Science or ML workflows (e.g., labeling interfaces, model monitoring dashboards)
