  • Design and implement performant backend services to ingest customer data and serve model predictions at scale, ensuring low latency and high availability
  • Collaborate with research and product teams to translate operational friction into essential inputs for the platform roadmap
  • Align diverse stakeholders with Sales and Solution Architect teams, building dashboards and tools for business users to inspect, trust, and act on predictions

  • Comfortable with enterprise security constraints and integrating with identity providers (LDAP, SAML, OIDC)
  • Strong communication skills to translate architectural nuances into business value

Nice to Have

  • Experience building tools for Data Science or ML workflows (e.g., labeling interfaces, model monitoring dashboards)
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Experience as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant in B2B software company
  • Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Pandas, PySpark)
