Requirements
- 3-6 years in a high-ownership role such as operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup.
- A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity.
- The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders.
