About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale organic and earned channels including organic social, press, and content to grow audience and drive acquisition through compounding channels.
  • Develop and manage partnerships across creators, industry associations, and platforms to reach new buyers and sellers and open net-new marketing opportunities.
  • Build referral, affiliate, and advocacy programs to turn customers into repeat users and growth drivers.
  • Build presence across SEO and AI answer engines (AEO) to appear in searches by prospective customers and models.
  • Experiment with new channels and special projects; build repeatable systems to acquire buyers and sellers, dropping ineffective ones and scaling successful ones.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering to identify leveraged plays that drive outsized, compounding growth.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to build organic growth functions from near zero and develop systems to scale them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of experience owning organic, social, or growth marketing in a high-growth company.
  • Hands-on experience building and scaling organic growth programs that drove real, measurable growth.
  • T-shaped: deep expertise in some aspects of the role, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Strong understanding of what makes great organic content that grows both followings and businesses.
  • Comfortable building repeatable systems, testing, and iterating quickly.
  • Thrive with high autonomy in an early, ambiguous environment.
  • Fast-moving, resourceful, with a strong bias to action.
  • Good judgment, high integrity, and a no-task-too-small mindset.
  • Love the energy of a high-growth environment where every day looks different.
