Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
- Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Partner with executive sponsors, customer success, solution engineering, and product to deliver winning AI solutions.
- Act as the strategic advisor to client leadership, helping define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.
Deal Strategy & Executive Leverage
- Work closely with the CEO, CRO, and broader leadership team to influence deal strategy and positioning on the most strategic opportunities globally.
- Bring consulting-grade thinking to structure engagements, solution narratives, and commercial approaches.
- Shape proposals, points of view, and strategic narratives to accelerate deal cycles.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CDOs, and other C-suite executives, on AI-driven business transformation.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and drive stakeholder alignment at executive and working levels.
- Lead strategic workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and delivery teams to align AI solutions with customer objectives.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy.
- Mentor internal teams on consultative selling, strategic storytelling, and engagement design.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of overall experience, including experience as a Senior Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or equivalent at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable management consulting firm.
- Strong experience in consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation engagements.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows; experience with LLMs is a plus.
- Proven ability to advise C-suite clients and manage executive relationships.
- Ability to design business cases, assess ROI, and translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Exceptional storytelling, structured problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams in high-velocity environments.

- Prior exposure to AI, generative AI platforms, or data transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with high-growth startups or global SaaS companies.
- MBA from a top-tier institution.
