- Lead engineering team managing 300+ destination integrations (CRMs, advertising platforms, analytics engines).
- Prioritize requests for new destinations and functionality to balance immediate deals with long-term strategy and improvements.
- Optimize sync speed for large data volumes via parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations.
- Improve AI developer productivity and enablement for faster, higher-quality shipping.
- Mentor engineers, provide hands-on development, work directly with customers and partners.

Compensation
- Salary: $200,000 - $320,000 USD per year (location independent, remote-first).
