Sales Development Intern
Summer sales development internship for a college student who will learn B2B prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, and SDR enablement while collaborating with sales, marketing, and training teams.

Responsibilities
- Learn SDR success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and assess the impact of enablement strategies.
- Assist with creating and executing SDR training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Instructional Design, Content, and Marketing teams.
- Learn the SDR journey from onboarding through ongoing performance optimization.
- Analyze lead-generation strategy.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach, and use LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential customers.
- Contribute to projects assigned by Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and SDR leadership teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and present information effectively.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
