Responsibilities
- Define how the Celonis platform serves as the foundational intelligence layer for customers’ global AI strategies.
- Own value-realization targets and deliver board-ready financial narratives and value workshops.
- Mobilize C-suite sponsorship and align global organizational stakeholders around transformation strategies.
- Design change-management and Center of Excellence strategies.
- Lead multi-year, global transformation programs and enterprise governance.
- Direct teams of Applied Value Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to deliver customized solutions.
- Define global expansion roadmaps and advise Celonis Product and Engineering leadership on platform strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, or enterprise strategy.
- Expert understanding of global IT architectures and SaaS ecosystems, including SAP.
- Strategic experience applying AI to scale strategy and execution.
- Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in process improvement, value realization, and enterprise process excellence.
- Experience orchestrating global, multi-year transformation programs and advising C-level executives.
- Flawless English and Dutch communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Thought leadership in Finance or Supply Chain domains.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
