Responsibilities
- Serve as the company's top field expert in application and cloud-native security, providing technical and business-relevant feedback to Product Management based on field engagements.
- Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities to demonstrate the business and technical value of the platform.
- Assist solutions engineers and prospects during proof-of-concept processes with advanced use cases, installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Lead thought leadership sessions for field teams, sharing insights from customer engagements.
- Assist in messaging and selling platform capabilities to prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of core IT, information security, cloud, and DevOps concepts.
- Experience focused on public cloud architecture, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to code and understand developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD, Helm, and Terraform.
- Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical knowledge of application security, including Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), SAST, DAST, SCA, and SBOMs such as SPDX and CycloneDX.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or advanced shell scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and containers, including architecting and troubleshooting complex environments.
- Full professional fluency in German.
