Responsibilities
Build and Scale the Professional Services Practice
- Develop and codify repeatable reference architecture patterns for self-hosted and air-gapped deployments, MCP and AI-agent environments, identity-provider integrations, and secure software supply-chain workflows.
- Translate reference architectures into customer-facing technical collateral, SOW templates, and delivery patterns.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, revenue, and partner teams to integrate services into go-to-market motions and align delivery with the AI platform roadmap.
- Identify service offerings that drive product expansion, renewals, and customer value.
- Support Partnerships and Alliances in selecting, onboarding, and enabling technical integration partners, system integrators, and service delivery partners.
Drive Strategic Customer Outcomes
- Advise enterprise customers on containerization, AI workflows, and secure software supply chains.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture engagements across enterprise integration layers.
- Architect and deliver self-hosted Docker deployments in air-gapped, regulated, and complex enterprise environments, including local image registries, offline toolchains, and compliance-driven infrastructure.
- Design and guide implementation of agentic AI toolchains, including MCP server/client architectures, tool orchestration, observability integration, and secure deployment patterns.
- Influence long-term technology adoption and investment decisions as a strategic technical advisor.
- Deliver or oversee service engagements through internal teams and delivery partners, ensuring technical objectives are met.
Enable Cross-Functional Success
- Drive alignment and decisions across stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- Translate enterprise integration patterns, identity and SSO challenges, observability gaps, and AI deployment issues into product, services, roadmap, and partner improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Professional Services Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role at a SaaS or infrastructure company or consulting firm.
- Experience architecting and deploying self-hosted and air-gapped architectures, including local image registries, offline toolchains, network-isolated Kubernetes clusters, and compliance-driven infrastructure.
- Enterprise integration experience with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, and LDAP/Active Directory, plus OIDC, SAML, SSO, and RBAC in complex, multi-tenant environments.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including server/client architecture, tool and resource orchestration, and secure containerized deployment.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflows, LLM deployment, and enterprise agentic AI architectures.
- Deep understanding of container and software supply-chain security, including Docker Hardened Images, Secure Supply Chain, SBOMs, image signing, attestation, vulnerability management, and runtime governance.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, including executive-level architecture discussions and influence without formal authority.
- Experience delivering services engagements that achieve customer value while supporting revenue and ARR growth targets.
- Recognition by enterprise customers as a strategic technical advisor.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience architecting enterprise AI platforms, including LLM deployment pipelines, model provenance, artifact signing, and secure AI supply-chain patterns.
- Experience enabling system integrators, consultancies, or partner ecosystems.
- Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients in regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, or government.
- Experience leading AI security architecture engagements covering model provenance, artifact signing, supply-chain integrity, secure MCP deployment, tool and resource access controls, secrets management, and runtime isolation for LLM applications.
Compensation
- EU: €119K–€170K plus equity.
