Responsibilities
- Own the health, performance, and composition of the imaging partner network across 200+ facilities.
- Maintain the CRM as the single source of truth for the partner network.
- Set market priorities based on member demand and coverage gaps.
- Make partner-mix, remediation-versus-exit, exclusivity, and major-market recommendations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the account management team through escalations and complex operational work.
- Manage critical partner renewals and contract negotiations, including pricing, exclusivity, and service-level terms, in collaboration with Legal.
- Drive partner onboarding and launches, coordinating with Member Experience, Operations, and Integration/Engineering.
- Own the transition from launch to stable operations and resolve issues contributing to member complaints.
- Work with Product and MRI Operations to introduce new scan capabilities.
- Support international expansion, including the UK and new markets.
- Maintain scalable CRM processes, SOPs, and institutional documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Finance/Billing, and Member Experience to keep partnerships performing.
- Represent the partner network in internal planning and roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading account management, partnerships, and/or network teams.
- Experience managing and developing a team through escalations and complex operational work.
- Demonstrated ownership of consequential decisions, including partner exits, remediations, and escalations.
- Entrepreneurial approach to ambiguous problems and process building.
- Strong operational judgment, process discipline, documentation skills, and CRM hygiene.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Legal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong ownership and follow-through in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $220,000–$250,000 per year.
