Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive key revenue operations initiatives, including systems, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, territories, and compensation.
- Own and optimize our Salesforce instance (custom objects, automations, etc.) and broader GTM tech stack – evaluating, purchasing, and implementing new tools where needed.
- Reimagine Rev Ops for the AI era, translating that vision into scalable systems, processes, and strategies across both RevOps and GTM teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM leaders and individual contributors across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Implementation, Finance, Legal, and our C-suite to proactively identify areas of opportunity and drive alignment.
- Attract, build, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a best-in-class RevOps organization and culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Revenue Operations or related Operations role at a fast-growth venture-backed SaaS startup.
- Strong understanding of Rev Ops best practices.
- Highly analytical (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Hands-on experience managing a modern SaaS tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong/Attention, Ironclad, Clay, Clari/BoostUp, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, Chili Piper/Default, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Proven experience partnering with Sales teams and presenting insights and recommendations to C-suite executives.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity a plus.
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.
Compensation
Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 base, plus equity and comprehensive benefits package.
