Strategic finance partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, revenue modeling, FP&A systems implementation, reporting, and data validation at a fast-growing generative AI infrastructure company. Requires 5+ years strategic finance experience including 3+ years at a high-growth tech company, strong modeling and data troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
- Support company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Maintain and extend bottoms-up revenue model across GTM motions and products; track actuals vs variances and surface insights
- Assist with FP&A software implementation and additional finance systems (ERP, procurement)
- Partner with accounting and data on monthly revenue reporting, ensuring accurate product- and customer-level breakdowns
- Build dashboards for leadership to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics vs plan and forecast
- Dive into data (e.g. BigQuery) to identify issues, validate metrics, and drive fixes with relevant teams
- Use AI tools to automate recurring financial workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across strategic finance, private/growth equity or investment banking
- 3+ years of finance operating experience at a high-growth technology company
- Able to read and troubleshoot data and validate metrics independently (no need to write SQL, but must identify issues in tables and problem-solve)
- Working knowledge of accounting concepts (billings, deferred revenue, AR, rev rec) and ability to translate them for non-finance stakeholders
- Strong financial-modeling skills; can distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- Resourceful, low-ego, high-urgency, and excited to operate in a fast-changing AI startup with evolving processes
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in AI, cloud, or large-scale computing infrastructure
- Experience implementing a modern FP&A tool
- Track record of building/using AI tools to automate financial workflows
