Responsibilities
- Own daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, and global entity cash reporting.
- Oversee treasury payments, including intercompany funding, foreign exchange settlements, and strategic investments.
- Manage in-house and external fixed-income portfolios, including trading execution and yield optimization.
- Lead month-end close activities, SOX compliance, GAAP disclosures, and interest income and expense forecasts.
- Redesign treasury workflows and infrastructure using AI, ticketing tools, ERP integrations, and automated bank connectivity.
- Draft, refine, and enforce global policies for cash, investments, and counterparty exposure limits.
- Direct global banking partnerships, manage fee structures, and lead operational and service reviews.
- Oversee letters of credit issuance, reporting, and bank allocation.
- Lead treasury integration for M&A activity and legal-entity expansion.
- Partner with AP, AR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, Tax, and IT to resolve systemic operational challenges.
- Manage access, data integrity, and compliance across ChathamDirect, FXAll, money fund portals, Clearwater, ERP systems, and internal treasury data lakes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated cash management experience in a fast-scaling technology company or a multi-entity, multi-currency enterprise.
- Knowledge of global banking and payment systems.
- Proven experience managing corporate fixed-income portfolios and navigating financial markets.
- Proficiency with modern treasury infrastructure and SAP or NetSuite systems.
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as Genie One and Gemini to automate workflows and improve reporting.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and partner-management skills.
- Ability to move between detailed execution and treasury architecture design for a growing enterprise.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, documentation, and process-improvement abilities.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $169,100–$232,550 USD.
- Total compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
