What you’ll do at Figma
Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise, collaborating with partners across the organization, and defining business processes that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity.
Influence Figma Finance's AI adoption strategy, defining how AI can be embedded into systems and workflows as infrastructure to drive analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions and execute on adoption alongside the team.
Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (Pigment), leading development, enhancement, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration.
Own the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance.
Design and evolve a best-in-class systems architecture, optimizing data flows, integrations, and tooling with influence extending beyond Pigment and Finance data to the broader company data ecosystem.
Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Strategic Finance Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to influence data architecture, design integrations and optimize business processes & sophisticated forecasting in Pigment and Agentic tooling.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations to surface key KPIs and business insights.
Drive best practices across systems controls, data governance, and change management frameworks.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution or a related function.
Strong technical skills with system design & implementation, AI automation, data architecture, integrations.
Working knowledge of financial processes including O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops, and close cycles.
Strong project management instincts, with ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
