Deal Desk Manager, APJ

Owns APJ deal desk operations, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Billing to structure, price, quote, and close enterprise B2B deals. The role also establishes scalable regional processes and playbooks for a consumption-based pricing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day deal desk support for the APJ sales team, including pricing, deal structure, quoting, and approvals.
  • Advise sales representatives on deal strategy, pricing guidance, competitive positioning, negotiation approach, and contract structure.
  • Build and manage quotes and order forms in Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Billing to review and close deals with non-standard terms.
  • Establish and scale APJ deal desk processes, including playbooks, approval paths, and enablement.
  • Apply and help evolve a consumption-based pricing model, surfacing patterns from APJ deal flow to the global team.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4–8+ years of experience across deal desk, deal or revenue operations, commercial strategy, consulting, investing, or sales strategy, with ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience with enterprise B2B deals, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing, negotiation, and contract structure.
  • Experience operating in a high-volume deal environment and systematizing work through playbooks, processes, and approval frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills, including sizing deals, modeling pricing scenarios and ROI in Excel, and using data to support recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Legal while maintaining pricing and process discipline.
  • Based in Singapore and able to support the APJ region.

  • Experience establishing a deal desk function in a rapidly scaling environment.
