Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market strategy across professional sports, building and converting a robust pipeline of high-value prospects across the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, major college athletics, and premier sports venues.
- Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demos, RFPs, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
- Design partnership economics, including revenue share, sponsorship, guarantees, and hybrid commercial models that drive profitable growth.
- Communicate Tixr’s differentiated commerce platform to executive stakeholders and navigate competitive landscapes and procurement processes.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Client Success, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term partner success.
- Leverage relationships across teams, leagues, ownership groups, consultants, and industry partners to accelerate growth and expand the Tixr brand throughout professional sports.
Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, or ticketing within professional sports or live events.
- Documented track record of closing large-scale commercial partnerships.
- Deep network across the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, collegiate athletics, sports venues, or related industry partners.
- Expertise structuring complex commercial agreements and influencing executive-level decision-makers.
- Hunter mentality with strong pipeline development, relationship-building, and revenue-generation skills.
- Analytical, disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, account strategy, and KPI-driven performance.
