What You Will Do
- Build and own the financial models that enable Rippling to forecast its business accurately
- Develop a deep understanding of Rippling’s GTM motions to decompose the drivers of growth and evaluate GTM performance
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to fold qualitative, on-the-ground signal into the forecast
- Work with data science and apply statistical techniques to sharpen forecast precision over time
- Use the latest technology to automate processes and help Rippling’s finance team operate at scale
- Own monthly board reporting
What You Will Have
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investing, and/or investment banking. Prior experience at a public company is strongly preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills with a track record of owning complex operating models end to end
- A structured, systems-oriented approach to forecasting
- Enjoys being in the weeds and continuously fine tuning model assumptions
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort synthesizing large, imperfect datasets into clear insights
