About the role
Responsibilities
Help customers achieve real business outcomes through AI
Serve as primary lead on new customer deployments including hands-on guidance for SSO and connectors setup
Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live through renewal
Create and execute joint success plans driving adoption and measurable business value
Develop and communicate tailored project plans; facilitate cross-functional collaboration
Provide technical guidance and strategic partnership; act as escalation manager
Monitor and report on deployment progress, customer adoption, and satisfaction metrics
Proactively identify risks or blockers and drive resolution
Guide and document improvements for onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices
Contribute to continuous process and product improvements
Requirements
3+ years experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management of SaaS products
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
One of: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities
Proven experience serving enterprise clients in both strategic and tactical roles
Experience with process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement
Solutions-oriented mindset; capable of handling ambiguity in fast-paced environments
Own post-sale technical success for enterprise partners at Bland AI, driving onboarding, go-live, adoption, ROI measurement, renewals, and expansion for voice AI platform deployments. Requires 5+ years in technical partner/customer success roles with strong API/integration fluency and self-directed execution.
